This is the system of steam carpet cleaning that most people are familiar with. However, we put in that extra time and effort to make sure you get the best possible result. The carpet is first pretreated and spotted where needed using the appropriate products. Then, when needed (such as heavily soiled traffic lanes) we use a purpose specific scrubbing machine with counter rotating, cylindrical brushes to thoroughly agitate the affected areas to loosen as much of the soiling as possible.
This is a step that very few cleaning professionals use since it requires more time and special machinery. We then extract the entire carpet using our high powered machinery with hot water and the appropriate cleaning/rinsing agents. We use our truck mounted or high powered portable units to assure only the best possible results. We then inspect our results and re-do any areas we feel could be better. We are not done yet. For plush carpeting we hand rake the pile all in the same direction to assure it all dries with a uniform appearance. When we are done with our carpet cleaning services, you can expect most commercial carpeting to be dry in 2 – 4 hours. Plush carpeting will usually take from 4 to 6 hours to dry. Drying times are based on normal cleaning and drying conditions.
